I see you are a relatively new user of deviantart. The groups in general (and this one as well) are made with the idea of promoting artists and art based on art direction, media, region and many more categories.
They are run by people who are willing to spend their time to moderate and administrate it without any financial reciprocation (as far as I am aware). Since this group is not generating any money (nor are any others on this website to my knowledge), we are not in a position to pay anything to artists in exchange for featuring their work.
Normally, artists are the ones who are eager to have their work accepted by the groups with high reputation as they then benefit from extra views and feedback.

I like idea but at this time I will have to decline your invitation. If you would like to try back in say 6 or 7 months I might have changed my mind and you could submit another request for me to join.
